Vic has been trained in first aid and is a certified caregiver. He is capable of dealing with individuals that have movement impediments or other disabilities. The first aid training is also a perk when adventuring.
But Vic is more than just a intelligent and charismatic individual. He's also a family man. He has five wonderful children, which he has brought up in an unusual way for the Philippines. He is constantly exposed to different cultures and languages, and believes firmly in learning as much as possible about other ways of looking at things.
